Churches in Sliema

Discover the Traditional Religious Element through the Various Churches in Sliema

Our island is known for sticking to its religious roots and this is evident especially in Sliema, Malta. Although Sliema can be looked at as an urban chic town, various churches and chapels are present. Many churches in Malta have a skyline as their key feature. The domes and steeples can usually be seen from across the island.

By following the parish church, one can usually find the centre of a town or village. However, many villages and town have two or more churches, Sliema in particular.
